Computer and Information Science, Library Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration/Management, Law, Operations Management/Research, Economics and Finance & Technology
Certification(s) Preferred:

  • Certified in Icertis CLM solution (ICI Practitioner, ICI Administrator, ICI Functional Professional, ICI AIML Functional Professional)
  • Certified in CLM solutions (DocuSign, SirionLabs, Ironclad, Agiloft, etc.)
  • Certified in Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Software Programming such as .NET


Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates thorough level abilities and/or a proven record of success in delivering and leading efforts in the following areas:

  • Implementing Contract Lifecycle Management systems including integration with upstream/downstream related enterprise systems (e.g. Ariba, Salesforce, SAP etc.);
  • Supporting and leading workshops to gather functional requirements for contract types, templates, clauses, rules, workflow requirements to configure the target solution;
  • Working with team to drive functional workshops to understand the current state processes, drive future state workflow requirements, fit/gap analyses and related functional needs including security, integration, contract lifecycle activities, reporting and migration;
  • Support the development of project plans and track activities with the project managers, development teams, testing teams, clients, and technology vendors;
  • Working with Contract Lifecycle Management solutions on buy-side/sell-side contracts such as Icertis, Apttus, Conga, etc;
  • Building functional prototypes of common CLM solutions in support of identified business needs and proposal demonstrations;
  • Demonstrating functional knowledge of contracting processes across domains, how they translate into capabilities within a contract lifecycle management solution and how such technology enablers bring business value;
  • Performing gap analysis between identified functional requirements and the capabilities of the identified CLM technology, providing recommendations on limitations and alternate solution approaches;
  • Reviewing, annotating and analyzing contract documents based on identified key business data that require tracking and reporting;
  • Working as part of a team to build and manage the requirements traceability matrix from analysis through implementation;
  • Reviewing contract documents including analysis of contract language, identification of key terms and conditions, business attributes, clauses etc.;
  • Understanding how contract types, templates, attributes, rules, clauses are all functionally stitched to achieve CLM requirements;
  • Creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and scope estimation methods;
  • Supporting the development of user acceptance tests and functional test scenarios and work with development team throughout the implementation;
  • Supporting the development of training materials around the solution configuration;
  • Conduct "train-the-trainer" sessions with clients to perform knowledge transfer on configured systems;
  • Supporting the tracking of issues and resolutions on functional requirements;
  • Collaborating in the development of change management materials such as go-live communication drafts;
  • Working as part of a technology implementation team and possessing strong familiarity with Agile delivery processes including requirements gathering, functional testing, and training;
  • Experience in working in an onshore-offshore environment and in coordinating activities across time zones;
  • Working with Agile development methodologies and product tracking solutions such as Version Control Systems (e.g. Github), Issue Management Systems (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps etc.);
  • Working with the leadership team and peers across pursuits, pre-sales activities, and delivery of engagements;
  • Supporting pursuit teams in reviewing RFP requirements and building corresponding content to respond to pursuits;
  • Supporting practice level initiatives, including but not limited to, periodically scanning the market for domain, technology, and process trends and building collaterals for the practice; and,
  • Participating in industry conferences/consortiums related to contract management such as CLOC, WorldCC, NCMA, or similar regional organizations.
