In A Nutshell:

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support all aspects of speaker and talent-related contracts. This role will focus on drafting, reviewing, redlining, and tracking agreements to ensure a smooth legal process and alignment across talent, legal, and business development teams.

This is a great fit for someone with paralegal experience or a legal background who enjoys contract work, collaborating with talent and brands, and thriving in a fast-moving, people-first environment. This position will be required to come into the NYC office four days a week. 

What You’d Do:
  • Draft, review, and revise a high volume of contracts, including speaker agreements, appearance agreements, NDAs, and amendments.
  • Work closely with agents, managers, clients, and legal counterparts to facilitate contract execution.
  • Manage contract workflows from initiation through signature and storage.
  • Maintain contract templates and ensure consistent use of terms and language.
  • Track key contractual dates and obligations (e.g., exclusivity windows, deliverables, expiration).
  • Collaborate with internal teams including talent, legal, finance, and marketing to ensure contracts reflect business needs.
  • Assist in resolving contract-related questions and flag potential legal or business issues.
  • Support compliance efforts related to IP, image rights, usage rights, and confidentiality.
What You’ve Got:
  • 2-3+ years of experience working in a legal, paralegal, or contracts administrator capacity—ideally in talent, entertainment, media, or agency environments.
  • Bachelor's and Law degree preferred but not required.
  • Deep understanding of contract structure and legal language.
  • Speaker agreements, talent representation, or events or entertainment contract experience nice to have.
    Familiarity with legal aspects of brand partnerships, appearances, and publicity rights nice to have.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and contract management systems. Experience in Airtable is a bonus.
