As a Contracts Administrator with Resource Data, you will apply your expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, and administration to manage a wide array of client and subcontractor agreements. You’ll work closely with project managers, financial sponsors, and the business admin team to ensure contractual compliance, mitigate risks, and optimize contract processes. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential as you oversee contract lifecycles, handle client and project setups, and manage business insurance and purchasing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate, draft, execute, update, and manage client and subcontractor contracts details including deadlines, renewals, and rate change requests
  • Analyze risks associated with contract terms and conditions
  • Coordinate vendor contracts with financial sponsors for building leases, maintenance, internet services, and other operational requirements
  • Conduct quality reviews on contracts with project managers to ensure bill rates, scope, and timelines are accurate
  • Communicate contract terms and conditions to relevant stakeholders to ensure company-wide compliance
  • Serve as a primary contact for building management, maintenance, office access, and security
  • Fulfill purchase requests for various items and services, manage inventory, and recommend cost-saving opportunities
  • Identify and recommend process improvements in contracting and administrative procedures
  • Various administrative duties include: coordinating office events, organizing locations and food for monthly lunches, and arranging travel

Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex contract terms effectively
  • Deep analytic skills to draw insights from contract data

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, contract management, law, finance/accounting, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in contract administration or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of contract negotiation, drafting, and risk assessment
