Contracts Administrator
Abu Dhabi, UAE
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Contracts Administrator to join our team! In this role you will perform contract administration activities, ensuring timely contractual correspondence, compliance with contract provisions, and effective coordination with project stakeholders on a fast-paced major infrastructure program in Abu Dhabi.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Administer assigned contract provisions to ensure all contractual requirements and deliverables are met.
Prepare and issue contractual correspondence to contractors and stakeholders (letters, notices, responses, approvals/interpretations requests).
Support the project team by explaining contract positions and resolving day-to-day contractual matters.
Identify contractual issues early, recommend actions for resolution, and escalate items requiring management attention.
Maintain contract records/registers and ensure responses and follow-ups are timely and well documented.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years demonstrable experience in contract administration in a project environment; preferably in major infrastructure projects.
Experience working on fast-paced projects and managing multiple contracts in parallel.
Strong written communication skills and ability to draft clear contractual correspondence.
