- Have built and shipped code that is durable, secure, and scalable
- Have a strong understanding of data modeling
- Have familiarity with CI/CD and experience setting up deployment pipelines
- Have owned the delivery of major features and components
- Proactively identify risks and approach them with a solution-oriented mindset
- Are comfortable using IDEs, version control and command line tools
- Confident in providing recommendations on the best ways to solve platform problems
- Consider all ‘perspectives’ and can successfully balance KPIs with technical constraints
- Enjoy mentoring other developers
THE NICE TO HAVE.
Candidate may receive bonus points if you...
- Have an appreciation for inclusive and accessible UI implementations
- Experience with Payload CMS, Vercel, and Next.js
- Worked with emerging technologies like Machine Learning, Voice and/or AR/VR
- Have code samples or a GitHub account to share
