Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Oracle Eloqua Consultant with 8+ years of experience to lead the implementation of a new Oracle Eloqua solution integrated with Oracle Sales Foundation. The ideal candidate will work closely with the onsite functional lead and business stakeholders to deliver an end-to-end implementation, from requirements gathering through production deployment. The role requires strong functional and technical expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive successful project delivery.

Technical Skills:
8+ years of experience in Oracle Eloqua implementation and support.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua marketing automation capabilities.
Experience implementing Oracle Eloqua integrated with Oracle Sales Foundation or Oracle CX Sales.
Expertise in campaign management, segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing, forms, landing pages, emails, and automation programs.
Experience with Eloqua APIs, integration frameworks, and data synchronization.
Understanding of CRM integration concepts and customer data management.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware platforms is preferred.
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting and reporting.
Familiarity with release management, deployment, and production support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the onsite lead and business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements.
Conduct requirement workshops and translate business needs into scalable Oracle Eloqua solutions.
Prepare functional and technical design documents aligned with business objectives and best practices.
Configure and customize Oracle Eloqua to support marketing automation and lead management processes.
Design and implement integrations between Oracle Eloqua and Oracle Sales Foundation.
Develop campaigns, forms, landing pages, segments, shared lists, programs, and automation workflows.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including CRM, integration, and technical teams, to ensure seamless implementation.
Support data migration, data validation, and system integration activities.
Prepare and execute unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Resolve functional and technical issues identified during testing and implementation.
Support user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
Plan and execute production deployment, including post-go-live stabilization and hypercare support.
Ensure adherence to implementation standards, governance, and project timelines.
Provide ongoing recommendations for process improvements and solution optimization.
