The Role

The Coordinator will report to the Head of Government Affairs & Policy and provide project coordination and administrative support to the US Government Affairs & Policy, US Communications, and US Strategic Effectiveness & Operations teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Expertly process and manage third-party contracts, including vendor agreements, CDAs, Purchase Orders, and master services agreements.
  • Monitor and manage vendor and third-party payments.
  • Act as liaison between external firms and Genmab for compliance with registration and reporting.
  • Provide direct administrative support for the Head of Government Affairs & Policy, including managing calendar, coordinating meetings, arranging travel and preparing travel itineraries, screening and prioritizing all incoming communications.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings; prepare agendas, briefing materials, and meeting minutes when needed. Meeting coordination may include planning and overseeing logistics for large-scale meetings, such as Hill briefings, internal town halls, and employee events.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed, including presentations on business and legislative and regulatory landscape.
  • Maintain databases, contact lists, and organizational tools to track key activities for the teams.
  • Compile and analyze data on key initiatives; prepare summaries and reports for the team.
  • Support organization-wide communications, including managing email distribution lists and internal digital communications channels.
  • Take on ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by team members or senior leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of similar or relevant professional experience is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of Pharmaceutical industry experience, and experience supporting 2 departments is strongly preferred.
  • PC, Concur, MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) proficiency is required. Familiarity with SAP is preferred
  • Experience interacting with various levels of management and collaborating with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders is required.
  • Proven ability to support multiple people and projects and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work successfully under pressure in a fast-paced environment and with tight timelines.
  • Experience handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

LOCATION

  • The role is based in Princeton, NJ, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes 3 days on-site per week.
