About the Role:
We’re seeking a data-driven Contract Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to lead our account-based marketing (ABM) programs and accelerate merchant pipeline growth. You’ll combine analytical rigor with a deep understanding of B2B sales cycles to identify, target, and convert high-value accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in 0→1 environments and wants to build scalable growth programs from the ground up.

Responsibilities: 

  • Own end-to-end account based marketing strategy targeting merchants under ISOs and ISVs.
  • Measure performance across the funnel, analyze insights, engagement and conversion trends to determine the right marketing channels, and optimize and to drive retargeting and growth.
  • Create dashboards and reporting for real-time visibility into pipeline health, partner QBR data. 
  • Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, analytics tools) with a focus on data integrity, attribution, and predictive targeting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B growth marketing or demand generation experience with SaaS, Payment Processors, Independent sales organizations and their customers
  • Experience working at a high-growth fintech, SaaS, or data/AI company
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer/partner journeys, drive strategy and present findings and actionable recommendations to the leadership 
  • Exceptional communicator with advanced presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in CRM, marketing automation, and data visualization
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and analytics platforms (Sigma, Looker, PowerBI, or similar).
  • Fundamental SQL skills
  • Hybrid in Burlingame, CA (at least 3 days in-office)

Applicants located in the San Francisco Bay Area, the expected hourly range for this role is $70.00 - $90.00 USD per hour.  Final rate may vary within the range provided based on prior experience, expertise, skills and other factors.
