Job DescriptionAs a Contract Review Specialist at Easygenerator, you will play a crucial role in our legal department, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our sales contracts. You will work closely with our legal and sales teams to support the growth and success of our SAAS business.
As an Easygenerator Contract Review Specialist:
- Contract Review: Thoroughly review and analyze sales contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company standards, and to identify potential risks and issues.
- Contract Management: Maintain and organize a repository of sales contracts, tracking key milestones, renewals, and other important dates.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure that all contracts adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Communication: Collaborate closely with sales teams to address and clarify contract-related inquiries or issues.
- Contract Negotiation: Assist in contract negotiations as needed, helping to draft amendments or revisions to ensure the company's interests are protected.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with legal developments in the SAAS industry and provide input on contract terms based on industry trends.
Our ideal Contract Review Specialist will have:
- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work shifted hours when required due to our US customer base.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Preferred, a legal background with coursework or experience in contract law.
- Familiarity with SAAS business models and legal implications is a plus.
