We’re connecting with recruiters for an upcoming independent contractor opportunity. If you’re interested in partnering with us in the future, submit your information to be considered when contracts become available.
 

What You’ll Do:

• Find Candidates: Find and attract real estate talent for open positions.
• Evaluate Talent: Screen candidates to confirm they're qualified and meet the hiring requirements for the role.
• Manage the Pipeline: Move and communicate with candidates through the recruiting process, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Advise: Be the talent advisor to hiring leaders. Use your existing skills and experience to help advise on next steps with the candidates you have identified.  

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a full-life cycle recruiter, including real estate, corporate or sales sourcing experience. 
• Knowledge of building and executing recruiting strategies and supporting a broad geography recruiting for roles outside of your local area
• Experience with Workday (ATS), Phenom (CRM), Slack & Google Suite preferred.
