What You’ll Do:
- Find Candidates: Find and attract real estate talent for open positions.
- Evaluate Talent: Screen candidates to confirm they're qualified and meet the hiring requirements for the role.
- Manage the Pipeline: Move and communicate with candidates through the recruiting process, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Advise: Be the talent advisor to hiring leaders. Use your existing skills and experience to help advise on next steps with the candidates you have identified.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a full-life cycle recruiter, including real estate, corporate or sales sourcing experience.
- Knowledge of building and executing recruiting strategies and supporting a broad geography recruiting for roles outside of your local area
- Experience with Workday (ATS), Phenom (CRM), Slack & Google Suite preferred.
