The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-sufficient Contract Recruiter to join our team on a part-time basis for at least 12 months. This role is perfect for a motivated professional who thrives in an unstructured environment and can manage recruitment processes independently. Please note: experience hiring C-suite level executives is required!'

This recruiter will identify, vet, and hire Co-Founders / CEOs and Co-Founders / CTOs for new ventures that are already ideated and will be funded right away by the venture studio to build innovative companies, mostly but not exclusively in healthcare.

What You'll Do:

• Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to ensure a strong fit for the roles and the company culture.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
• Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
• Conduct follow-up activities with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a contract or part-time capacity.
• Must have experience hiring C-suite level executives.
• Must be available to conduct interviews and follow-ups during standard business hours.
• Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment, managing time and tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
• Capable of working part-time for at least 12 months. This role is not suitable for candidates seeking full-time employment.
• Proficient in conducting interviews and managing follow-ups during business hours.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: up to 15 per week

Experience level: 2-7 years

Schedule: Choose your own hours, but must be available to respond to the venture studio leader who you will work directly with
