We are seeking a skilled Contract Performance Manager (CPM) to join our team. Responsibilities include managing yearly maintenance plans, financial and commercial parameters, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
As a Contract Performance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as primary Baker Hughes contract representative, coordinating communication across stakeholders.
- Managing CSA(Contractual Service Agreement) / LTSA (Long-term Service Agreement) and transactional projects in West and East Malaysia, owning the end-to-end process, financial accountability.
- Ensuring timely issue resolution, keeps customer informed, and negotiates changes.
- Ensuring adherence to contract specifications and financial/technical metrics.
- Supporting Sales and ITO (Inquiry to Order) in negotiations and contract administration with minimal supervision.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's or equivalent experience and significant experience in a CPM role or similar role.
- Have an PMP/ IPMA certification would be preferred.
- Must have good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be adaptable to dynamic contract requirements and cultural differences.
- Have rotating machinery experience.
- Be customer focused and a team player.
