Your Adventure Ahead
- Organize and coordinate communication materials for marketing campaigns across various platforms, including ShopBack App & Web, CRM, social media, and external paid channels.
- Create compelling content (static and motion) for external marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with channel partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of marketing programs, aligning with the company's overall business goals
- Investigate and proactively resolve any operational issues that may arise.
- Optimize platform assets, regularly analyze website performance and data, and share key insights and learnings with the internal marketing team.
- Take on additional ad hoc projects as necessary to support marketing initiatives.
Essentials to Succeed
- Fresh graduates are welcomed. Bonus for minimum 1 year of experience in marketing.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin Chinese is required to communicate with stakeholders in the market.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work closely with channel partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to create compelling content and manage social media accounts effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to address operational issues efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive & Agile working mentality
- Candidates with basic Excel skills are preferred
