We are seeking a Contract Research Associate to join our team and ensure seamless delivery of client research projects during the spring and summer of 2025. This is a remote, temporary role ideal for an independent, detail-oriented professional with expertise in Qualtrics and a strong understanding of research fundamentals.
Responsibilities:
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize surveys using Qualtrics
- Investigate project feasibility and provide quotes and timelines to clients
- Communicate with clients and research participants to ensure smooth project execution
- Organize and support qualitative interviews and focus groups
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, with strong emphasis on clear, insightful reporting
- Create data visualizations, summary reports, and presentations for clients
What We're Looking For:
- Must-Have:
- Expertise in Qualtrics programming
- Basic understanding of research methods (quantitative and qualitative)
- Proficiency in statistics and data analysis
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a small, dynamic team
- Nice-to-Have:
- Advanced analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative)
- Familiarity with healthcare topics like diabetes and cardiovascular disease
