The Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing contract administration, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate reporting on contract performance. This role involves managing all contractual communications, instructions, and variations, and working collaboratively with the Commercial Manager to support program delivery teams in understanding their contractual obligations.

This role will be based in Toronto, ON.

Your role within the team:

• Responsible for contract administration including all contractual communications, instructions, and variations.
• Responsible for assuring contract compliance across the program and ensuring that the program delivery teams understand their contractual obligations.
• Work collaboratively with the Commercial Manager to create and maintain accurate reporting on contract performance.

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum 5 - 10 years of professional experience in pre and post contract functions in large, international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
• Recognized degree in project management, quantity surveying, or another related field.
• Working knowledge of Canadian contract laws. building construction, quantity surveying, contracts, procurement, and dispute resolution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable coordinating large groups of stakeholders including workshop facilitation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
