YOUR NEXT ROLE

As our Contract Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting commercial growth by managing contracts that help move business forward while protecting Acclaro's interests. You'll partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure agreements are executed efficiently, comply with company standards, and balance business opportunity with appropriate risk management.
This is an independent individual contributor role for someone who enjoys solving problems, navigating contractual complexity, and building strong partnerships across teams. You'll manage a wide range of commercial agreements, apply sound judgment in non-routine situations, and help drive consistent contracting practices in a fast-moving global environment.
If you're someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and finding practical solutions that help both the business and our customers succeed, we'd love to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial agreements, from drafting and review through execution and post-signature administration.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and redline agreements including MSAs, SOWs, amendments, NDAs, and other customer-facing contracts.
  • Independently handle routine and moderately complex contractual matters, applying sound commercial judgment and escalating higher-risk or unusual issues when appropriate.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to support timely deal execution and help resolve contractual questions or challenges.
  • Identify contractual, operational, and commercial risks and recommend practical solutions that align with business objectives and company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate contract records, data integrity, renewal tracking, and documentation within Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
  • Support consistency in contracting practices by following established templates, playbooks, and approval processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Share feedback on recurring negotiation issues, contract trends, and process challenges to help improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU

  • Have 5–7 years of experience in contract management, commercial contracting, legal operations, or a related commercial or legal function.
  • Have experience independently managing commercial agreements throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Bring strong drafting, negotiation, and contract review skills.
  • Can analyze contract language, identify risk, and make sound recommendations that balance business and compliance considerations.
  • Are comfortable working through ambiguity and exercising judgment when navigating non-routine contractual situations.
  • Have experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and contract administration processes.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take ownership of your work and proactively drive tasks to completion.

YOU'LL STAND OUY IF YOU

  • Have experience in a professional services, localization, SaaS, technology, or global services environment.
  • Have supported contracts involving international customers or multiple jurisdictions.
  • Have worked closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, or Operations teams in a commercial setting.
  • Have experience identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Enjoy working in collaborative, multicultural teams and global environments.
  • Bring a solutions-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to customer and business success.
