Contract Manager - Water Industry
Location: Tidworth / Aldermarston covering the South Region, with bi monthly travel to Gibraltar
Salary: Upto £55,000 plus car / car allowance & Veolia Benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What Will You Be Doing?
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the management of the Gibraltar water contract while supporting regional growth initiatives. You will oversee operational delivery, manage a dedicated team, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
Preparing performance reports for management and clients
Managing the Gibraltar water contract to ensure all objectives are met
Overseeing operational and maintenance activities across 2 sites
Conducting bi-monthly face-to-face meetings with clients
Managing team performance, training, and health & safety
Tracking contract milestones, deadlines and deliverables
Processing invoicing and payment activities
Commercial management to meet budget targets (£700k P&L responsibility)
Managing contract amendments, variations and change orders
Conducting performance reviews and audits
Supporting growth projects within the region
Ensuring water quality compliance and health & safety requirements
Maintaining contract documentation and audit trails
What Are We Looking For?
Essential Experience
Proven Track Record: Experience in a similar contract management role
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of water operations and water quality
Senior Maintenance Background: Experience in senior/complex maintenance roles
Water Industry Expertise: Contract management experience within the water industry
Desirable Attributes
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Gibraltar
