YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver fresh, entertaining content to keep viewers coming back as well as gain interest and attention of new viewers
- Edit videos in an on-site environment in both a supervised and unsupervised capacity in meeting all deadline dates
- Turn raw gaming footage into a seamless final product
- Highlight funny and epic moments
- Maintain a passion for gaming and internet culture including trends, memes, and graphics
- Edit a Rough Cut of a Video within the first day of receiving
- Gain knowledge of content per each gaming channel on a per-channel basis and deliver content with that specific standard in mind
- Utilize After Effects and Photoshop to improve and create video assets
- Work with the Post Gaming Supervisor to ensure all QC notes are reviewed and implemented
GENERAL POST PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a proficient background in Roblox and/or variety games
- Ability to cut and trim gameplay in such a way as to add to its entertainment value from start to finish
- Ability to manage time so that content is delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with TBNR quality and creative standards
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise and efficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Premiere is the NLE of choice
- Experience with Photoshop and/or After Effects
