CONTRACT FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Financial Accountant on a short-term contract to assist in the set-up of our Middle Eastern entity. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the work order process, including the creation, review, and approval of work orders. 
• Analyse and interpret reporting data to support business insights and decision making. 
• Manage month-end closing activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. 
• Supporting the Middle East business set-up in NetSuite, including:
• Ensuring tax compliance and regulatory adherence. 
• Finalising and reviewing reporting requirements and collaborating with business reporters. 
• Collaborating with Insight Business Partners to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and financial goals. 

CONTRACT FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified Accountant.
• Netsuite Experience - ideally set-up and reporting. 
• Experience in ownership of the month-end process. 

Nice to have:

• Experience with the Middle East. 

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Stage 1: Stage 1: Culture Add Interview with Chloe (Senior Talent Partner)

• This initial interview will focus on assessing how well you would fit within our company culture. Chloe will explore values, work style, and how you might contribute positively to our team environment. 

Stage 2: Interview with Finance Director and Financial Accountant.

• During this interview, you will come to our Bristol Office to meet with the Finance Director and Financial Accountant. This will be a one hour, conversational-based interview where they will cover your experience with Netsuite, systems and month-end.
