What You'll Be Doing:
As our mission-critical Recruiter, you'll be on the front lines, strategically sourcing, engaging, and securing mid-level candidates across various crucial departments. You'll be instrumental in building the leadership team that will steer our expansion into exciting new markets and elevate our already incredible experiences. What You Bring to the Table (Must-Haves):
- 7+ years of battle-tested executive recruiting experience, specifically placing Mid level candidates from high-volume B2C sectors such as ticketing platforms, food delivery, online retail, or similar. You know how to navigate the top echelons of talent!
- An assertive, competitive, and positive attitude.
Location & Commitment:
This is a full-time, 100% on-site opportunity at our vibrant office located at 11 E 44th St, FL 6, New York, NY 10017 during business hours. We're laser-focused on achieving our ambitious goals, and we require your dedicated presence to make it happen.
Compensation: $30.00hr.
Contract Length: 3-6+ months
