Your Adventure Ahead

Input Merchant data and raising cases into Salesforce.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on Merchant’s activities, deal and upsizes during campaign period.
Prepare quotation, agreement & relevant documentations to Merchants.
Maintain Merchant database and mailing lists.
Support BD Managers in maintaining relationships with Merchants.
Provide effective administrative support.
Supporting the ad sales team with planning and operational tasks
Analyzing sales data, generating customer insights, and developing reports and dashboards

Essentials to Succeed

Bachelor Degree or fresh graduate (experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus).
Strong skills and proper use of Excel & Powerpoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural aptitude to communicating clear solutions to complex problems.
Driven and has strong ownership on process improvements.
Must be able to multitask under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
