The contract management team is integrated into the legal and commercial department. Our professionals bring innovative ideas to secure operations and maximize the commercial relationship with our clients, thanks to a deep understanding of legal, operational, and commercial risks. We work alongside Accenture's sales and project teams throughout the contract lifecycle to provide high-quality advice and support for negotiation, drafting, and management of client contracts

We use our commercial and contractual expertise to primarily influence:

• Sales growth: extending the scope of our agreements and supporting new activities

• Revenue protection: meeting our contractual commitments

• Margin improvement: effective management of levers, risks, and commercial issues

• Compliance with contractual obligations and Accenture's policy

Your Missions: You will work within a multidisciplinary team responsible for managing new opportunities, mobilizing new contracts, managing troubled projects, and integrating Accenture's new acquisitions

As part of acquisitions, under the supervision of the legal integration manager and in accordance with the acquisition strategy, you will carry out and manage post-acquisition integration legal activities

You will work with the integration teams of internal and acquired entities to understand the integration strategy, needs, and priorities and help them familiarize themselves with and adopt the Accenture environment

You will manage contractual risks and operational issues based on a precise analysis of contractual documents in relation to operational reality and a good understanding of project delivery

You will draft, analyze, negotiate all types of contractual documents, including MSA, application contracts, partnership, license agreement, SaaS or outsourcing contract, commercial proposal, letter of intent, amendment, etc

You will establish trust-based relationships with external (clients) and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• You hold a Master's degree in law

• You have at least 3 years of experience in managing IT contracts .

• You have a good ability to collaborate and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization .

• You have experience in managing and negotiating contracts and/or legal documents independently .

• You have experience in resolving, drafting, and negotiating complex legal and commercial issues .

• You are fluent in English and capable of negotiating in English .

• You demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.

• You are proactive and able to identify alternative solutions.

•  You have a EU Nationality and live in Belgium
