In this role you will support Bungie's Creator Marketing Strategies. Under the guidance of the Principal Creator Marketing Manager, you will ssist in the development and execution of creator marketing strategies across multiple regions, target audiences, social channels, and industry verticals, ensuring alignment with Bungie's global franchise objectives. Initially your focus will be on supporting Destiny 2's marketing efforts, but potential to support Marathon planning and execution.
This role reports to the Principal Creator Marketing Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Aid in creating and implementing innovative strategies to engage and motivate creator-ambassadors, utilizing data-driven tactics and sentiment analysis to enhance community engagement.
- Actively manage the Destiny 2 Creator Discord channel, alongside our lead agency, providing regular communications and organizing bespoke activities to maintain community involvement.
- Manage Agency Partnerships and Campaigns:
- Coordinate with global Creator Marketing agencies and partners to manage key campaign beats and always on ambassador programs, supporting the long-term strategy, messaging, and content quality.
- Act as the main point of contact for Creator relations with agency partners, ensuring alignment and addressing urgent issues
- Collaborate closely with Analytics teams and external agencies to better understand metrics and reporting systems that evaluate the effectiveness of creator programs in terms of brand awareness, equity, engagement, and ROI.
- Generate detailed postmortem reports for all paid and earned campaigns to consistently assess and improve ROI and ROAS.
- Work with various cross-functional teams including Communications, Legal, Finance, Business Development, Partnership Marketing, and Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E) groups to execute collaborative marketing campaigns.
- Utilize Bungie's internal workflow systems such as Teams, Excel, Confluence, Asana, and Concur to streamline communication and project management.
- Partner with SIE's global support structure for campaign planning and execution, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support for localized marketing efforts.
- Optimize the working relationship with key contacts at SIE to enhance coordination and efficiency.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience in content creation a plus, with a strong grasp of the creator landscape and effective engagement strategies.
- In-depth understanding of the gaming industry, particularly a profound knowledge of Destiny 2.
- Proficiency in using various tools and platforms including Excel, Asana, Word, PowerPoint (PPT), Miro, Teams, and Creator CRM systems for project management and data analysis.
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate campaign performance and derive actionable insights from data-driven strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail oriented, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
Listed below is this role's base pay range within the greater Seattle area. In other locations approved for remote work by Bungie and our external resource vendors, this pay range may be adjusted to the local market and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly),

Bellevue Pay Range
$84,000—$101,000 USD

Most Bungie full-time employees will adopt a digital first approach allowing remote work in Bungie approved locations (outside of positions identified as 100% onsite in Bellevue/Seattle, or individuals preferring a hybrid/flex environment).
