As a Contract Analyst (ERP System Focus), you will play a critical role in ensuring client contracts are accurately set up, maintained, and managed within MJH Life Sciences’ ERP system. This position bridges finance, contracts, and IT functions to ensure smooth operational and financial processes. You will oversee data integrity, compliance, and contract optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support billing, reporting, and system improvements.

What You’ll Do
  • Accurately enter and configure client contracts in the ERP system, ensuring all terms, conditions, and billing details are correctly reflected.
  • Maintain and update contract information, including amendments, renewals, and terminations, while ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • Partner with ERP and IT teams to optimize contract management processes and identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations for all contracts within the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align contract terms with billing and invoicing schedules.
  • Review contracts to ensure required information is complete and accurately prepared for system entry.
  • Generate, analyze, and present ERP-based reports on contract performance, billing, and compliance.
  • Communicate with sales, finance, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure contract terms are properly understood and executed.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on ERP contract management functions, acting as a go-to resource for ERP-related issues.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate contract data and ensuring proper documentation is archived.
  • Participate in special projects related to ERP upgrades, process improvements, and contract management optimization.
What Sets You Apart
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract management, ERP systems, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and their application in contract management.
  • Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across finance, IT, and legal functions.
  • Knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and compliance requirements a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range:
$55,000 – $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
