The incumbent will assist the Regional HR Department, based in Hong Kong to provide all rounded HR services such as recruitment, HR Operations, employee relations and assist in implementing different HR initiatives / projects, under the supervision of Regional HR team, based in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations – to perform daily HR operations such as handling benefits plans administration, on/off boarding, employee data management, HR system and vendor management.

  • Recruitment – Coordinate recruitment logistics and support annual internship program throughout the process from selection, interview and onboarding etc.

  • Staff Events & Engagement – Support corporate event logistics for the region (including group initiatives, CSR events, Diversity & Inclusion Activities and Wellness Programs etc.).

  • Trainings – Support internal and external training coordination and reporting, such as attendance tracking, arrange training venue & logistics, rescheduling and IT set up etc.

  • Participate in ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

  • University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications;

  • 1-2 years' experience in human resources management, with exposure in financial institutions is an advantage;

  • Fresh graduates are welcome;

  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations;

  • Ability to work under pressure, with good communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Energetic, proactive, detail oriented, organized, pleasant, helpful and a team player

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills, and experience in Workday & Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage;

  • Good command of written English & Chinese.
