The Pattie Group is looking for a talented individual to join our Administration Team as a Contract Administrator. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and is capable of achieving results in a very fast-paced and changing environment. We are looking for a Contract Administrator who will embrace our culture and add to it. This is a challenging yet fun position for someone who has a desire to learn and grow.

Contract Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily Job Duties:

  • Answer phones, take new leads, direct calls
  • Process approved contracts into the CRM System
  • Apply payments to invoices
  • Report generation
  • Review the progress of jobs
  • Maintain record management systems (physical and digital)
  • Maintain departmental workflow
  • General office filing

Weekly Job Duties:

  • Prepare client statements and mail
  • Make calls or write letters when necessary to clients regarding outstanding balances
  • Account reconciliation

Monthly Job Duties:

  • Process client billing and mail

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks, CRM software
  • Previous contract processing experience required
  • Exceptional organization & communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to dive in and try new things.
  • Great at multi-tasking and prioritizing.

Education:

Experience:

  • Contract Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
  • QuickBooks: 2 years (Preferred)
