Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a talented Contract Administrator to join our team! In this role, you will support contract administration activities with a strong emphasis on reporting, database management, and maintaining accurate contract records.
What You’ll Be Doing
Administer contract records, files, and documentation to support day-to-day contract operations.
Maintain and update contract databases, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports related to contract status, modifications, deliverables, and compliance.
Track contract actions, milestones, and reporting deadlines to support timely execution.
Review contractual data and documentation for accuracy and proper recordkeeping.
Support the preparation, routing, and tracking of contract modifications and other related documents.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather, verify, and organize contract-related information.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, database integrity, and document control practices.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field and typically 3+ years of contract administration experience.
Strong reporting skills with the ability to compile, analyze, and present data accurately.
Experience with database management and maintaining detailed electronic records.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and other data tracking systems.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication abilities.
