You’ll work closely with the Senior Contracts Manager and teams across Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Compliance, Information Security, and other areas to make contract processes organized, timely, and easy to follow.

Coordinate the administration of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, statements of work, consulting and vendor agreements, independent contractor agreements, data protection agreements, and BAAs.
Manage contract intake, check requests for required information, and coordinate internal review, approvals, signatures, and distribution.
Maintain accurate contract records, system data, and electronic files, including in the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.
Track renewals, expirations, notice periods, and other key dates.
Prepare contract summaries; flag missing information, inconsistencies, or provisions that need review by the Senior Contracts Manager or legal counsel.
Support due diligence, contract audits, and upkeep of templates, playbooks, forms, workflows, and procedures.
Respond to routine process questions and follow up with stakeholders to keep agreements and approvals moving.
Identify practical ways to streamline recurring work through clearer procedures, templates, automation, or standard workflows.
Handle confidential legal, financial, customer, employee, and business information with care.
You'll need to have:
A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
At least 3 years of experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, contracts function, legal operations environment, or a similar role.
Experience working with commercial contracts and legal documentation.

Good judgment about when to follow established procedures and when to escalate an issue.
Discretion when handling sensitive information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Experience with a CLM system, contract repository, document management system, or legal technology platform.
Familiarity with common commercial contract terms, such as confidentiality, indemnification, limitation of liability, intellectual property, privacy, insurance, termination, and governing law.
Experience supporting data privacy, HIPAA, BAAs, or other agreements involving regulated information.
