BHS Corrugated, a global leader in manufacturing and technology-driven solutions, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to enhance operational efficiency and drive process improvements. In this role, you will analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and support a culture of continuous improvement. Candidates MUST live in the Charlotte (or surrounding area) or be willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing and operational processes to increase efficiency.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement strategies.
- Identify bottlenecks and develop data-driven solutions to enhance productivity.
- Lead and support process improvement projects, ensuring long-term success.
- Train and engage employees in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on process improvement progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead teams and drive organizational change.
- Tech-savvy with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
