Summary:

We are seeking two motivated, open-minded, Continuous Improvement Specialists to support our 2026 top Operational Strategic Initiatives. These roles will work directly with the CI / LSS Manager (Murali Rao) to identify Process gaps, support Improvement projects, and help drive Organizational change. Prior CI experience is helpful but not required.  We’re looking for strong communicator who are eager to learn & influence positive change.


Key Responsibilities:

·         Support planning, execution, and monitoring of CI/LSS Projects across the Organization.

·         Assist with mapping processes, identifying waste, and collecting/analyzing basic Operational data.

·         Collaborate with Cross-functional teams to understand challenges, gather in-puts and help develop Improvement recommendations.

·         Prepare documentation, project updates, presentations and visual management tools.

·         Help facilitate change and navigate resistance by effectively communicating purpose, progress & outcomes.

·         Support implementation of standardized processes & track adoption.

·         Provide general operational support to the CI / LSS Manager as needed.

·         Able to demonstrate DOE / RSM / RCA / Process Mapping / FMEA / CP / Lean Programs

·         Able to work with Solid CAM / Auto CAD / SolidWorks / Simulation Software / Programs

 

Preferred (nice to have)

·         Exposure to Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, etc.,)

·         Experience working in Operations, manufacturing, or process-focused environments.

·         Understanding of Process Mapping tools (Visio, Miro, PowerPoint, etc.,)

·         Basic data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI etc.,)

·         Technical Knowledge – Minitab, Tableau, Python, SQL, Java, SolidWorks.

 

Preferred Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Industrial Engineering Degree required or Masters with no experience.
  • Specialization in “Operation Research” & “Lean Specialist”
  • Certified in “Green Belt or Black Belt”.
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in Operations, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain or similar fields is helpful but not required.
