Continuity Executive
About the Role
Ensure the smooth execution of weekly programming schedule by taking all necessary actions and effectively managing any emerging changes, under the guidance of the Head of the Programming Department. Primary objective is supporting the department’s optimal performance.
Job Description
- Monitor daily episode scheduling to ensure alignment with the weekly programming plan
- Liaise with the Marketing team to gather ad slot timings and content cut requirements
- Coordinate with the Coding team to ensure proper film segmentation for commercial placement
- Oversee hourly program flow, address disruptions, and inform the Head of Department as needed
- Generate program flow reports and insights based on departmental guidelines
- Schedules and manages promotional trailers
Requirements
- University or College Degree
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic broadcast environment
- A customer-focused mindset and a drive for excellence
- Integrity, reliability, and a passion for quality programming
- Fluency in English
