Job Description
DoctorLogic is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to further expand our team with the addition of a talented and passionate Digital Content Manager (DCM).
The Digital Content Manager plays a significant role at DoctorLogic with a focus on writing, editing, and implementing quality content for all client websites. This individual researches, writes, fact-checks, proofs, and edits copy according to best practices. In addition, the DCM is responsible for expertly navigating our advanced content management system (CMS), implementing full pages of content, as well as headings, descriptions, and other aspects of the website to maximize exposure. The DCM will continue to learn and use new tools that help maximize efficiencies, streamline workflows, and ensure the highest quality product is delivered on time. This individual reports to a Senior Digital Content Manager and/or Director of Content and works in coordination with numerous teams, including sales, design, development, implementation, and other SEO professionals.

What will you be doing?
- Write and edit factual, relevant, engaging copy for client websites and digital media
- Research various topics (some technical, such as medical procedures and new specialty content) and translate the information into informative, consumer-friendly, easy-to-read messages
- Take large amounts of information and reorganize and simplify it into brief, compelling pieces of content
- Write according to the set editorial guidelines per the internal DoctorLogic Content Style Guide
- Edit and proofread work; accept and incorporate feedback and changes when necessary; work directly with our in-house editor through the QA/revision process
- Fact-check and write according to the instructions and specs provided for each client
- Expertly navigate the DoctorLogic proprietary digital web platform/content management system (CMS), known as Admin, to implement content
- Adhere to the best SEO practices where content duplication, page length, and quality are concerned
- Multitask among various projects in a fast-paced environment while adhering to and meeting strict deadlines
- Work within the DoctorLogic Project Management System (Teamwork), incorporating the use of timers to stay on task and help document metrics
- Work among various teams to accomplish specific goals; be flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude
What will you bring to the team?
- Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field, or comparable professional writing experience
- Exceptional written communication skills with high standards in writing, proofreading, and editing
- Strong knowledge of the English language, including syntax, punctuation, and grammar
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to closely follow instructions
