As a Digital Content Coordinator, you will play a key role on the Brand Experience Team that supports the GP PRO business in its innovation and new product development efforts. You will interface mainly with our marketing, category and sales teams located at our headquarters in Atlanta, GA and throughout the US. In this role, you will be a key contributor as you manage and facilitate the development and distribution of our digital assets, with a primary emphasis on video. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure content is delivered on time, to the right places and expectations are being met. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Brand Experience.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Manage the status of all video and photography projects and ensure delivery on time and within approved budget parameters.
  • Develop project estimates and communicate with internal customers regarding project approvals.
  • Create and maintain production schedules.
  • Manage details for video and photography (real and virtual) shoots:
  • Coordinate talent (internal and external)
  • Create call sheets
  • Order products/props
  • Manage shoot locations (permissions & shoot day)
  • Coordinate crew/gear load-in
  • Coordinate video transcriptions
  • Assist with various on-set duties during shoots
  • Maintain department records and data for historical review and quick reference to aid decision making.
  • Financially reconcile finished projects and maintain master project spreadsheet.
  • Ensure internal team and external partners are working according to GP's compliance standards.
  • Speak up with creative ideas and quality control content throughout the stages of production.
  • Challenge status quo, introduce and champion new ideas via sharing, presenting, and influencing.
  • Marketing Operations (~30%)
  • Post content to various share sites (YouTube, partner sites, etc.).
  • Help coordinate the production of a weekly e-newsletter.
  • Support departmental digital asset management needs.
  • Manage onboarding of new suppliers.
  • Process/manage statements of work, purchase orders, invoices, and other vendor/supplier payments.
  • Help coordinate Marketing team events.
  • Help coordinate video and broader marketing team projects and resources in collaboration with other Marketing team members.


The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing, video, project management or project coordination experience
  • Fluency in MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with Adobe software

  • Experience with corporate video production including basic knowledge of production equipment and software.
  • Industry connections including a network of trusted production partners and resources.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite of software.
