About the Role

The CX Communication Associate is responsible for executing the CX Communications strategy, delivering ongoing communication and support to our 250+ and growing Global CX team. Reporting to the CX Communications Lead, you will partner closely with various cross-functional teams to develop, build, and deliver an internal communications strategy for product and policy releases, keeping the employee experience front and center. As a Communications Associate, you will be an innovator, collaborator, influencer, and change agent. You will utilize independent judgment in determining the content, channel, frequency and cadence of mass and targeted communications to the CX team of more than 300 distributed, remote associates. The CX Communications Associate possesses strong copywriting and editing skills to work autonomously to create engaging content for the CX department.

• Gather and synthesize communications requests from CX leadership, and various cross functional teams to create concise, engaging and impactful posts across multiple communication channels.

• Develop and iterate on content best practices, so the team can access the information they need to do their jobs effectively.

• Gather feedback from the team and collect data insights to measure communication effectiveness.
• Effectively prioritize multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines on various deliverables.
• Manage and streamline internal content, curating digests and newsletters of relevant topics for the CX department.
• Take on special projects outside typical day-to-day responsibilities.

We’re excited about you because you...

• Have experience in an internal communications role, a background in technical writing and/or content creation
• Possess strong critical thinking skills with an ability to infer and translate meaning and are able to take action on feedback from stakeholders effectively
• Have impeccable writing skills to translate complex information clearly and concisely, engagingly presenting information through written, verbal and visual mediums.
• Have contributed to an internal intranet and/or online portal and are an expert in content creation tools, including blogs, wiki, and site design. Experience with Axero is a plus
• Are a disciplined self and peer editor with an eye for detail and a love of grammar 
• Are a creative thinker who brings new ideas to life, ensuring content is up to date and personalized to your audience — connecting them to our clients and company initiatives.
• Can juggle multiple priorities and quickly pivot tasks when needed to meet new demands and shifting deadlines. 
• Have familiarity with Axero, Blueshift, Zendesk or Asana.
