We are seeking someone with a passion for creative writing with an interest in creating long form content. The ideal candidate would have a deep understanding of the real estate process from an agent perspective, be familiar with the pain points of online lead generation, and have experience writing in the residential real estate space.
This position is with an online lead generation technology company that helps real estate agents and teams all over the U.S & Canada capture and convert online leads at a very high level, helping them compete against the big portals such as Zillow and Realtor.com that are going after their commissions.
Requirements
Qualifications:

  • Real Estate Writing Experience
  • Long form copywriting experience - Articles, Emails, Landing Pages etc.
  • Sales copywriting skills, crafting strong and catchy headlines etc
  • B2B Sales/Marketing experience
  • Experience marketing to a cold audience
  • A strong understanding of the pain points that Real Estate agents are dealing with in today's market


Responsibilities:

  • Writing clear and error-free content for a website that reflects our voice
  • Proposing copy concepts in an engaging way and carrying out projects once they are approved
  • Interpreting creative direction and technical information and turning them into persuasive copy concepts
  • Collaborating with leadership and marketing departments to brainstorm and develop a variety of marketing materials
  • Working with internal marketing team to edit and modify copy to meet their content expectations


This role is currently fully remote. Some small amount of long distance travel may be required for training, client events, or meetings at company headquarters.
