Brand & Digital Content Specialist

Description:
Minimum Position Qualifications
• 4+ years of marketing, brand management, brand strategy, advertising, or similar experience, with a minimum of 3 years in digital marketing
• Any experience guiding creative development and partnering well with agency teams to achieve business and consumer objectives
• Any experience executing integrated marketing campaigns that span channels and consumer targets
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timelines
Desired Previous Experience
• Any ad agency experience
• Any project/program management experience
• 3+ years omnichannel retailer experience
Key Responsibilities
• Support eCommerce Brand Manager in execution of Marketing campaigns
• Assist eCommerce Brand Managers with owning budgets, briefs and creative development for tactical campaign work
• Consult with business, creative and agency partners on brand illustration and animation requests, brand guidelines and brand strategy guidelines
• Coordinate preparation for senior leadership reviews, tracking down data and research from existing sources during brief development, and working with project management to find creative solutions as timeline challenges may arise
• Attend key internal meetings, creative reviews and agency status meetings to capture key creative feedback for consolidation and next steps
• Work with ambiguity, effectively drive results through change, act without having the total picture and feel comfortable with risk and uncertainty
• Build and design marketing materials for print and digital channels; print, digital, social and other emerging media leveraging established advertising principles and creative design
