The Role

Are you the best writer at your company? Can you deliver a quippy and punchy tweet with the same je ne sais quoi as the copy on packaging or an editorial piece of content?

We are looking for a creative lead who will be the gatekeeper of Bobbie branded content. You will ensure our brand voice is in lock step across every channel and platform: web, email, social, streaming campaigns, and OOH. We may even ask you to help write a public policy bill! You are a hybrid brand strategist and copywriter with some leadership experience. 

In this role you will manage a functional team on marketing and work across the Bobbie organization with other leads on Product and Growth to deliver top quality brand content as needed. You will help build the Bobbie tone of voice and continue to push us to boldly breakthrough in our category by being a relatable thought leader with a differentiated product positioning. You will report to the Director of Marketing.

What you will do: 

  • Be the owner of our  brand voice!
  • Write. A lot.
  • Manage a team of freelance copywriters and the editorial content manager
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure proper Bobbie messaging across channels 
  • Support in the development of  brand messaging, narrative, and campaign concepts based on overarching brand objectives and data
  • Keep finger on the pulse and seize topical moments of trending topics within the broader parenting landscape and initiate content creation as needed
  • Oversee advertorial partnerships and opportunities
  • Work closely with communications and brand agencies to concept creative campaigns and help ensure execution

What we would like you to: 

  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in copywriting, content managing, brand marketing or similar field
  • Have an understanding of SEO best practices
  • Experience in baby/parenting/CPG space preferred
  • Be a master storyteller, working alongside creative teams to bring your words to life
  • Be bold and innovative
