You’ll be working closely with our core Content and Marketing teams and liaising daily with growth marketers and founders at top brands to craft the strategy and execute the vision. We’re looking for someone who has both an incredible ability to build compelling pages and a keen eye for direct response marketing and conversion. Our ideal candidate has spent time as a growth marketer, affiliate / SEO specialist or content marketer, either at a brand, media company or digital agency.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the setup and execution of performance marketing and whitelisting campaigns across paid social and paid search
  • Partner with media buying team to match user intent and buying behavior with content and performance creatives designed to convert
  • Write, design and produce landing pages in Shopify and Unbounce using a variety of page components and content styles
  • Work in collaboration with copywriters to turn written content into compelling third-party validation for our brand partners
  • Oversee the production of ad creatives, ensuring a consistent offer and messaging throughout the funnel
  • Support the Business Development / Partnerships team in selling and converting new performance media clients
  • Maintain daily performance reporting of all managed campaigns, leveraging a suite of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Shopify, Hotjar, Trackonomics, ahrefs and Ads Manager dashboards
  • Work with leadership team in devising SEO content strategies to continuously grow organic traffic and domain authority
  • Support leadership in various growth marketing, content, and new product development initiatives

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, SEO / affiliate, or content marketing at a leading DTC brand, media company or agency
  • Expert at building landing pages and creating DR content using tools like Unbounce, Shopify or other page-building software
  • Experience with performance reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager dashboards, Shopify, etc.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO / affiliate marketing, performance marketing, conversion optimization and funnels
  • Capable of analyzing data and coming up with recommendations for performance optimization
  • Comfortable presenting and working with senior management at client brands
  • Flexible and adaptable; enjoy the fluid nature of startup life and all that comes with it

Big Pluses:

  • Proven track record in successfully managing accounts. Prior experience in the online publishing space.
  • Experience at a top-tier start-up, large consumer Internet/eCommerce or media company.
