About the company
Our client is a fast-growing technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Produce a steady stream of publication-ready writing for a startup readership, frequently ghostwritten for senior leaders. Drafts go live within days and are reviewed daily, so the internship suits someone who handles feedback quickly. It is a full-time, in-person position within a small group of interns.
What you'll do
- Write new content daily, mainly in the voice of company leaders and released under their names.
- Move pieces from first draft to publication within days, at high volume.
- Help define the tone of voice and early brand guidelines.
- Apply daily editorial feedback and return revisions quickly.
- Use AI writing tools as part of the process while refining their output to a polished, human standard.

What we're looking for
- Living in San Francisco and able to work on-site five days a week for the whole internship period, January through late May 2027, without a clashing class schedule or another internship.

- Currently attending a highly ranked university; final-semester seniors are prioritized and juniors with strong writing are considered, in any field of study.
- A track record of work that real audiences have seen, with a minimum of two samples outside of coursework.
- Fluent, natural, native-level English.
- Willingness to complete a short writing exercise during the application.
Bonus points
- Prior experience writing for another person or group, such as ghostwriting, speeches or managing an organization's public channels.
- An ongoing personal publishing project with an engaged audience.
- Everyday use of AI assistants, with a realistic view of their limitations.
- A keen interest in startup culture and a point of view on strong company marketing.
