Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015 to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of their location or financial situation. Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves for every point of friction in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in New York, NY our passionate changemaking team is looking for several new hires for various roles.
We are looking for a Content Writer to join our team in our Istanbul, Turkiye office. As a key member of our Marketing department, Content Writer will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that effectively communicates the benefits of participating in clinical trials, educates patients and caregivers, and promotes our services to healthcare providers and research institutions.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will,

• Develop compelling content for digital and print marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and press releases.
• Collaborate with marketing team members to brainstorm creative ideas and strategies for content campaigns.
• Conduct thorough research on cancer clinical trials, treatment options, and related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice and messaging guidelines.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and social media platforms to increase visibility and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory guidelines related to healthcare marketing and clinical trial recruitment.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, web developers, and other team members to integrate content into various marketing channels and formats.
• Track and analyze the performance of content campaigns using metrics and analytics tools, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong experience in medical writing, content editing, or healthcare communications preferred and proofreading skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to research complex topics and translate technical information into clear and accessible language.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for healthcare, science, and making a positive impact on the lives of cancer patients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate medical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines governing medical content, such as FDA regulations, HIPAA, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive medical information.
• Ability to collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in healthcare and medical-related fields is a bonus.
• Native level of speaking, writing, and understanding proficiency in English. Another language is nice to have.
• Living in Istanbul, preferably on the Asian side.
• Work location is Kozyatagi, Istanbul; at least 2/3 days a week at the office.
