Your daily tasks will entail:

• Leading a team of Content Writers whose primary task is to create written content, requested by other marketing sub-team teams and other teams (e.g. Sales, HR)

• Developing and executing content briefs in line with marketing objective projects

• Developing creative concepts with team members for communication campaigns

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (SEO, product, design) to optimize content performance

• Overseeing content quality, following along with content metrics, and implementing improvements for greater impact

• Implementing customer-centered thinking in content creation 

• Making sure all content, from websites to social media channels, is consistent

• Ensuring Printful’s copy quality standards by onboarding new writers, educating existing ones (with workshops and other learning opportunities), and maintaining and improving the necessary tools (Style Guide, Grammarly, etc.)

• Identifying and implementing technologies to support the content strategy

What we expect from you: 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead initiatives within the team and manage relationships with other teams

• Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of content writers

• Ability to delegate effectively, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative team environment

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content writing, concept development, team leadership, and project management

• Ability to make informed decisions

• Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

• Ability to lead a culture of experimentation and optimization, particularly regarding site experience

• Monthly salary EUR 2,800–3,200 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
