We’re looking for a creative and versatile Video Content Producer & On-Camera Talent to join our team. In this role, you’ll help bring our brand’s story to life through engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that highlights our products, services, and industry insights. You’ll play a key role in the content creation process—from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, and publishing.
While this is primarily a behind-the-camera role, you’ll also step in front of the camera when needed to help explain concepts, demonstrate products, or support storytelling efforts. If you’re passionate about video production, enjoy collaborating with a team, and are comfortable both creating content and occasionally being on camera, we’d love to hear from you!
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative ideas and scripts for short-form video content.
- Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Step in front of the camera as needed to explain concepts, demonstrate products, or support storytelling efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and video content to ensure our content is fresh and engaging.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with product launches, campaigns, and brand messaging.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
- Manage the end-to-end content creation process, including ideation, filming, editing, and publishing.
You have:
- Proven experience creating short-form video content for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Comfortable being on camera to explain concepts, demonstrate products, or support storytelling.
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., using tools like CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere).
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Bonus points:
- Experience creating content in the blockchain/Web3 space
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and motion graphics
- Track record of growing social media communities through video content
We offer competitive pay with a base salary range for this position of $90,000 - $120,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, we offer lumen-denominated grants along with the following perks and benefits:
