YOU ARE
Reporting to the Senior Director, Partner Services, the Content Services Manager will own the day-to-day delivery of Content Services work across assigned partners. This person will manage active requests, coordinate execution, support partner communication, maintain delivery workflows, coordinate part-time execution support, and ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and within approved scope.
This is a remote role. Evening and weekend availability is required at times based on partner schedules, sports seasons, live events, and gameday coverage needs.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented digital operator who understands how content, platforms, and timing work together. You are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple partner needs across web, mobile, and live-event workflows.
You have strong digital and platform instincts. You understand that content delivery is not only about publishing assets or updating pages. It is about accuracy, timing, partner goals, fan experience, and consistency.
You are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift based on sports schedules, partner needs, and live events. You can manage recurring work, handle time-sensitive requests, coordinate support resources, and keep a clear eye on quality.
You are a strong communicator, a reliable teammate, and someone who takes ownership without needing constant direction. You know when to move work forward, when to ask questions, and when to escalate.
You bring a strategic lens to execution. You can look at a partner’s goals, schedule, audience, and platform mix and help identify content opportunities that drive engagement, improve fan experience, support sponsorship value, or create measurable outcomes. You are not just completing tasks. You are helping partners use digital content more effectively.
