Content Project Manager

A leading SG-based insurance client is seeking an experienced Content Project Manager with a strong content management, strategy, and copywriting background, particularly within the insurance industry. You will be responsible for leading projects that enhance our brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of content projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including writers, designers, and marketing professionals, to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Create comprehensive content strategies that align with customer journeys and business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify content needs and opportunities.
• Write and edit engaging and persuasive copy for various platforms, including websites, marketing materials, and social media.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Review all content assets for quality and consistency before submission to clients.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring all content meets their needs and expectations.
• Track and analyze content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in project management, content strategy, and copywriting, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Proven proven track record of managing projects effectively and producing high-quality content.
