About the Role
The Associate Development Program is a paid 12-month full-time (temporary) experience designed for early-career individuals or those beginning their professional careers. A bachelor’s degree, relevant certification, or a combination of related education and experience aligned with the responsibilities of the role is required. Relevant coursework, training, or equivalent experience is valued. The format allows for structured professional development and hands-on learning.
The Chicago Bears are seeking a creative, energetic content producer with a love for football, to create compelling video customized to each of our platforms including social, digital, and broadcast for the Chicago Bears Content Department. This role works out of our headquarters, Halas Hall, in Lake Forest, IL plus Soldier Field for home games with the ability for some remote work. Limited travel will be required.
2026-27 Associate Development Program Dates: Monday, June 1, 2026 – Friday, May 21, 2027

Responsibilities
- Assist with shooting, logging, and editing video content
- Assist with posting content according to weekly content schedule
- Edit and shoot various content series for social and digital channels
- Assist with creating internal department video requests
- Assist with other content-based video/photo projects as needed
- Maintain and upkeep of equipment and broadcast studios
- Live stream team daily news conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience
- 1-year non-linear editing experience
- Previousexperience shooting footballpreferred
- Strong knowledge of the following:
- Adobe CC Production Premium Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop
- Canon,Sonyor ARRI camera workflow
- Possessstrong communicationskills, including written and oral correspondence
- Understand importance of attention to detail, collaboration, and creativity
- Must be dependable, willing to take initiative and adapt to a variety of situations
- Ability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings including weekends and holidays (Sundays or other gamedays arerequiredduring the season)
- Able and willing to travel to home games, NFL Combine, and other local destinations to cover player and team news
- Ability to stand/walk forlong periodsof time in varying weather conditions, climb up/down stairs, lift heavy objects
- Reliable transportation isrequiredfor this role.

COMPETITIVE INDUSTRY PAY
The Content & Production Associate is a full-time temporary position. This position is an HOURLY role. The expected hourly rate for this role is $22/per hour. Please note that due to job function, regular overtime (paid as time-and-a-half) is expected.
