The opportunity
We’re looking for a Content Producer to join our team and provide immediate impact to Express product growth and strategy by orchestrating production for Express Engagement and Partnerships content and increasing the team’s velocity efficiency and reach. In this role, you will collaborate with program managers, designers and strategists as well as cross-functional partners such as Marketing, Product Marketing and Brand.
Adobe Express makes design and content creation fast, fun, and streamlined for small and medium business owners, entrepreneurs, social media marketers, communicators, and side hustlers, with no design experience needed.
What you'll do

Help drive the day-to-day operations for the partnerships and engagement content teams based on the product roadmap, and ensure we’re tracking against the business priorities and goals

Work closely with our design team to source and produce best-in-class engagement and partnership content

Manage the content production process, from intake through review and delivery

Drive weekly planning and day-to-day operations including assigning and tracking work, managing timelines and schedules, updating trackers and dashboards

Create clear process standards and documentation and advocate for design best practices and requirements

Help dive the team’s relations across key internal Marketing and Social Media partners, both in the US and globally, as well as external vendors to identify collaboration opportunities and ensure processes are upheld

Connect other teams within Adobe Design to internal and external production teams and content resources
What you need to succeed

Real passion for content and an in-depth knowledge of the content production process

Extensive experience delivering content at scale and working across functions and regions (such as legal, finance, and marketing)

Experience working on high-visibility projects with multiple stakeholders and teams
-
5+ years of production management experience in a technology environment

Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
-
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills with the ability to lead in an environment of ambiguity and a diverse range of partners

Attention to detail, with a keen focus on the impact of content quality on customer experience

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage concurrent and complex projects with overlapping timelines
-
History of teamwork and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done

Experiencing using and managing larger projects with Airtable, MS Office, Google docs and Slack as your go-to tools of the trade is a plus!
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $100,300 -- $195,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
