Essential Requirements:
- 3–4 years of proven experience in video production, content creation, and social media management.
- Expertise in camera operation, lighting setup, audio management, and studio management.
- Strong scriptwriting and content development skills tailored for YouTube and social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Deep understanding of YouTube and social media growth strategies and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in tools such as YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Trello/Asana, and basic video editing knowledge for content briefing.
- Excellent organisational, project management, and communication skills.
- Full working rights in Australia and the ability to work onsite in Sydney CBD, 5 days a week.

About the Role
Freedom Property Investors, Australia’s leading property investment group, is looking for a skilled Content Producer & Social Media Manager to take ownership of our content production for both Scott Kuru’s YouTube channel and our social media platforms.
This is a full-time, onsite role where you will lead video production, content planning, and social media strategies—working closely with Scott Kuru and reporting directly to the Marketing & Insights Manager.
You’ll have the opportunity to create, film, and drive compelling content that educates and inspires audiences around property, finance, and wealth creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production: Script, film, and direct all video content with Scott Kuru, including studio setup and operation of all filming equipment.
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement content plans for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Social Media Management: Oversee publishing schedules, community engagement, and audience growth strategies.
- Collaboration: Brief and manage an editing team to ensure content is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance using analytics tools, report on KPIs, and recommend optimisation strategies.
