The Role

Content Producer (B2B)

As the Social & Content Lead, you’ll be the creative force turning strategy into scroll-stopping content. This role is for someone who thrives on speed, relevance, and realness — someone who knows what plays on LinkedIn, loves repurposing live moments into bite-sized stories, and isn’t afraid to hit “post.” You’ll own the end-to-end content flow, from concept to clip to engagement tracking, keeping our brand voice sharp and our presence constant. You Will: 

  • Own content creation and publishing across LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Develop a high-frequency content calendar focused on short-form, video-first assets (not long-form PDFs)
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to repurpose conversations, webinars, podcasts into social-first content
  • Write, produce, and edit content end-to-end (think: talking-head video clips, motion posts, event recaps, brand teasers)
  • Work with design and external vendors to scale output without sacrificing brand tone or speed
    Stay on top of LinkedIn trends, social engagement formats, and what’s resonating with B2B buyers
  • Report on reach, engagement, and influence — and pivot when things stall

Desired Experience: 

  • 3 - 5 years in content, social, or video production — preferably in B2B tech or marketing
  • Strong grasp of platform-native content for LinkedIn (timing, hooks, tone)
  • You can write like you talk — and make others sound even better
  • Not afraid to ask, record, cut, test, and post again
  • Bonus: You’ve built a social following (either personal or brand) and can show what worked

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $110,000 in base pay, and is exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined on a case by case basis based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, etc., and will be informed by market data.
