As a Content Platform Executive Director at JPMorganChase within our Digital Channels team, you will own the strategy and roadmap for an enterprise content platform that enables teams to deliver high-quality content faster, with stronger governance, reliability, and measurable outcomes. You will partner across technology, experience, data, and architecture to scale platform capabilities and establish repeatable patterns that improve delivery speed and consistency. You will lead a high-performing team and influence senior stakeholders by translating business needs into platform priorities that drive adoption and value.

Job responsibilities

  • Own the enterprise content platform vision, multi-year roadmap, and prioritization to deliver measurable improvements in publishing speed, reuse, and platform reliability
  • Lead end-to-end platform product execution from discovery through delivery, balancing modernization, operational excellence, and new capability rollout
  • Build, mentor, and scale a product team of approximately 15–20, establishing clear roles, decision rights, and an effective operating cadence
  • Drive the evolution of Adobe Experience Manager capabilities, including authoring workflows, templates, component model, content governance, publishing processes, and self-service enablement
  • Establish platform standards and reusable delivery patterns (for example, reference implementations, guardrails, integration patterns, and documentation) to accelerate adoption across teams
  • Define and manage KPIs that demonstrate platform value (for example, adoption, time-to-publish, reuse, reliability, and internal user satisfaction) and use them to guide investment decisions
  • Embed risk, privacy, and security requirements into platform workflows in a way that reduces friction and improves auditability and compliance readiness
  • Partner with engineering and operations to strengthen platform resiliency, manage incidents and problem management themes, and improve service health over time
  • Influence senior stakeholders across the firm by communicating tradeoffs transparently and aligning priorities to business outcomes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on product management concepts and 10+ years applied experience
  • Demonstrated experience owning platform strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes for enterprise-scale products used by multiple teams
  • Strong expertise across the product development lifecycle, including discovery, value definition, delivery, and ongoing optimization
  • Proven ability to lead and coach managers and senior product leaders while building a high-performance culture
  • Deep experience with enterprise content management capabilities (workflow, metadata and taxonomy, governance, publishing, and integrations)
  • Executive-level communication skills with a track record of influencing decisions across technology and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including defining success metrics and using data to drive prioritization and outcomes

  • Experience leading platform products operating in a federated delivery model across many internal teams
  • Experience delivering large modernization or migration programs, including consolidation and deprecation strategies
  • Background delivering products in regulated or highly controlled environments with strong governance and auditability expectations

  • Experience improving platform self-service through documentation, enablement, and scalable intake processes
