We’re looking for a full-time Content Operations to join our vibrant Content team in Tel-Aviv.
Wake up for this:
- Validate and manage media assets, ensuring all data is accurate, assets are correctly delivered, and payments are approved and sent
- Build, oversee and manage detailed workflows and processes across multiple platforms
- Project Management - Assist in planning, executing and monitoring of projects ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
- Communicate with artists regarding technical details, including metadata collection and payment processes
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to build and manage complex workflows
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility
- Tech-savvy and a fast learner - Ability to work in a high-paced atmosphere, and multitask across different systems
- Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) is a must
- Familiar with the music industry standards (Metadata, Copyrights, Distribution) - Plus
- Experience in the video Film/TV/Creative fields - a plus
